Homeowner certifies that he/she is the owner of the system, and there is NOT a third-party ownership of the system (PPA, Lease). Homeowner agrees to not hold EnergyAid liable for any work conducted during the diagnosis and servicing of the system, including but not limited to; damage to the system, electrical damage, roof damage or damage to property as a result of runoff. EnergyAid will take site information and create a report of our findings. If further service is needed, EnergyAid will create a custom proposal to present. If additional work is needed, EnergyAid will credit towards your service assuming a $500 minimum after applied discount to qualify.
